Upaya Meningkatkan Kompetensi Pengelolaan Administrasi Guru Melalui Kegiatan Supervisi di UPTD SD Negeri Manggis

Abstract
The problem faced by researchers as principals at SD Negeri Manggis is that, based on observation results, only 33% of teachers have administration with at least good achievements while the remaining 67% do not have administration with good achievements. This is caused by time management and monitoring systems that are still less effective. Designing learning administration tools that do not consider time estimates causes some work to be delayed and not completed on time. This research is a School Action Research (PTS) which aims to improve teacher pedagogical competence, especially in the learning process through supervision of learning administration. The research method used is the School Action Research (PTS) method with the Kemmis and Mc model. Taggart which consists of four components includes: (1) planning, (2) action/action, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. After a cycle has been implemented, especially after reflection, it is followed by re-planning which is carried out in the form of a separate cycle if it has not met the specified cycle completion standards. This research was conducted at the Manggis State Elementary School UPTD in the period October 2023 to November 2023. In this research, the research subjects were 6 teachers at the Manggis State Elementary School UPTD. The cycle is said to be complete if at least 80% of teachers have reached the good category in managing learning administration. The results of the research showed that there was an increase in the average score of observations from Cycle 1 to Cycle 2. At the end of cycle 2, 86% of teachers had succeeded in obtaining a minimum good score so that learning was said to have been successful in cycle 2. Based on these results, the researcher suggested that research Learning Administration Supervision can be developed based on administrative needs tailored to each educational institution
