About the Journal
Foribus Iustitia is a scholarly journal published by the Faculty of Law at Widya Mandira Catholic University twice a year, in March and October. This journal serves as a platform for the publication of scholarly works in the field of law, particularly research findings and analytical-critical studies on various developments in legal science, legislation, and law enforcement practices. Foribus Iustitia aims to disseminate research findings, ideas, and scholarly studies to academics, researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and the general public. Through the publication of high-quality scholarly articles, this journal is expected to foster the development of legal scholarship, strengthen a culture of critical, analytical, and constructive scientific thinking, and contribute to the realization of a legal system and a society that is more just, democratic, and civilized.
